Pictures please, just so that I can establish a pecking order.
This is me. Ish.

I've just realised - Venters is soooooo going to kick my ass (my very cute ass judging by that picture) for taking this thread off topic again. Sorry.....
So in conclusion.
The Twinair doesn't seem to be able to manage the official figures provided by government testing. Though precisely how unable to do it has not been fully shown yet?
The Twinair does however show Fiat commitment to innovation with what is probably the most interesting engine design on the market at the moment?
The Twinair is a cracking drive when driven the way it feels like it should be?
The Twinair 105 should be a spectacular wee car if Fiat can sort the mpg issue a bit more?
The Twinair 65 is an unknown quantity?
Babbos got a face like a bulldog licking pish of a thistle, Robins surprisingly hot and Danny need milk bottle bottoms fitted instead of reguler lens to his glasses?

Nice work!
Yes, the TwinAir 65ps...I'd forgotten about that. Isn't that the non-turbo version?
Sounds like it would be ideal for anyone doing mainly city journeys.
Been quiet for a while, as the car has been in the garage... mine not the dealers I should add. But been on a good run of late and a return trip today out to the airport. I put it into eco on the dual carriageway and bypass and used normal mode in the town. The weather of course is now much milder. The MPG though is now showing a respectable (in my book anyway)........49.1

wrong way round??
logicaly? Maybe, but that is what I did, the dual carriageway was busy so left it in eco. Where as I like the responsiveness around town. Still the figures look ok.
We pick ours up on Tuesday are your figures from the A or B trip . Thanks for the info
Tuesday is going to be a busy day at the dealers.
I'm booked in for 9-15am.
We're picking up a loan 1.2 Lounge tomorrow to tide us over.

Well, I've had my Twinair for nearly 3 weeks now and have just clocked 2000 miles in it. My dealer told me to drive it hard right from the start to run it in and said to ignore the MPG figures - he said to expect 35MPG at first and that it wouldn't be totally run in until 5000 miles.
I have done just that - and what a great little car! I really enjoy the drive, it's the best car I have had. I've been in eco mode when I've been stuck around town but not very much at all to be honest as I have just been enjoying the drive!
It is so responsive and I love how the engine soundsI'm really pleased I got it.
Anyhow, my MPG reading (bearing in mind I haven't been driving it for economy) is just over 49MPG. I have done a lot of motorway driving but also a lot around town and being stuck in traffic so I'm pleased with this and am not going to really take much notice of the fual economy until it has done 5000 miles and then I am going to see if I can reach the 60s!
