Technical Twinair engine for 4x4 panda

Hi please help is it possible to transplant a twinair engine to replace current engine as I cannot source any 188A engines in South Africa many used 2 cylinder turbos at excellent prices
Engine comes with ECU and when I research it’s basicaly a FIRE engine.

A few of the problems you will encounter

Dual mass flywheel
Different clutch
Different gearbox

The engine and ECU are self contained, You will need the wiring harness


You will now need to patch the new wiring harness to the body computer. Not easy, finding someone willing to touch it in the UK would be zero

Then there's all the small bits pulleys, intercooler, exhaust and so on

In short, you would need the engine complete with gearbox, wiring loom, engine ECU, body computer and the instruments might not work with the different body computer.
