Technical Timing chain replacement s wales

Can any body suggest a good garage near Caerphilly that would be able to replace a timing chain on my qubo.

Its been in Vauxhalls for @15 years.. so not too exclusive technology

Is the vehicle still driveable ?

A trip of 20 miles might give a good result
