Technical Pipe replacement advice please

The (flexible?) pipe connector to our Fiat Qubo engine needs replacing - photo shows pipe end facing upwards, where it should have been connected.
am not technical so don't know what it's called so can't order a replacement.
there's a fine film of oil over the engine housing but oil level is fine.
Can anyone advise please - much appreciated.

Don't know specifically about Qubo, but to me it looks like the breather pipe has dropped off where it fits to plastic fitting on aircleaner?
If so and pipe not damaged it may be possible to refit to aircleaner and put a suitable clip on to hold it in place, followed by some engine cleaner around the area and washed off to remove the smell.
Maybe a Qubo owner can advise better.

thanks BugsyMike, i think you're right. The breather pipe was sticking up originally but has now disappeared...will need to investigate replacement.
