I thought DOT 5 replaced 4, and 5.1 replaced 5.

Can go forwards in numbers but not backwards

DOT 5 is silicone based and can therefore not be used in a system with DOT 3 or 4 unless it is completely flushed beforehand. DOT 5.1 is compatible with DOT 3 and 4 and has the same higher boiling point as DOT 5.

Switchs off all the dash and half of the dash pods lights down - probably only leaving the speedo lit up

No it doesn't cancel anything....basically when you switch the lights on the car automatically dims the mileage and drip computer displays...this button puts them back to normal brightness...not to be confused with the instrument brightness control obviously which is elsewhere..

Had this car 5 years used this button 3 times...

Hi there, quick question on suspension -
I bought . . . baught . . . buyed . . . . . . . . i have a Seicento Arbarth
Which is to be my new rally car and it came with lowering springs fitted (FK 37HR's) cant seem to find out how much they've lowered it by though
but i need it raised a bit for wheels and ground clearance
Any of you able to tell me the standard Abarth height please so i can work out a good height?
