Jesus - shocking - glad you're ok Sammi it's just amazing how you got out in one piece. One of my wheel bearings has been grumbling at me for months and months and I've just ignored it as I haven't got the money to repair it at the mo - sack debt I'm gonna pay for it on plastic!!!!!

When I bought the car I had bearing replaced which failed after a few hundered miles - faulty part from Fiat which was replaced for nothing but it's just shocking to see the results of such a thing.

I have just had my hair washed and i look a little more normal now, feel a little better

My hairdresser was shocked at my face when she came round, i think more to the fact that its swollen and i look like a cat

I have another 8 lives to go, i think it would be difficult to top this one though :shakehead

It may be a little premature but have you thought about what car you'd like next? The longer you leave not driving the more you will fear it if you get back in the driver's seat.

i want a bravo for my next car, i do want to get a coupe again, but i would need to have a different lifestyle and not hammering the mileage on it but this isnt even an option atm.

Its going to be hard to get a car cos i dont even want to step outside till the swelling has gone down, I dont want people looking at me

The swelling will go down pretty soon Take some Arnica tablets 30c, they will help heal and won't intefere with your little pile of pills. I promise not to look when I come visit
