Thanks, i could install the 9.8 version even if i have limited access to functions on the CN+? The only thing i can do atm is insert and eject cds as the master code request does not let me "navigate"

Yes... if the master code request message you get is the same as in the picture below, you can still do the update. I did one for someone yesterday.

The update instructions say a few times, "clear any error messages using the "ESCAPE" button". Ignore that for the master code request error message, but procede exactly as described with the rest of the instructions.

Thank you!! your the man!! Ill give it a try later on this afternoon!! But first i got to dismantle my CN+ as i inserted the setup disk last night and now it does not eject!! Any thoughts on why this has happend :/

Hi Dave, Please could you help me, i have a scudo, 03 plate, i took the battery off and the radio is now blocked on connection, it says i need a code... i found a sticker on the side and there is a serial number of C70000002226K... is there a code to unblock or do i need to buy a new radio..:-( Thank you in advance..

Hi, Welcome to the FF.

Please post all the numbers from the radio including the PU-XXXXX(X) and the other two numbers beginning with C. Then I may be able to get your code.

Hi I had to disconnect the battery the other day and didnt think, that the radio wouldnt work afterwards. As I did never receive a code for that radio (second hand car), i hope I will find some help here.

Its a fiat punto from 2002 with a Blaupunkt radio.
