I have to change my battery on my Punto 03, I have been advised by the garage to get the Radio code. I have no code but I have found these numbers on the radio :-

Can anyone help ?

Still don't know which radio you have but I believe for all original Punto radios, you need to insert the tools as below into the holes in the front of the radio, then pull the radio out.

If you don't have the tools, it can be done with 4 pieces of wire coat hanger.

Hi,

I was wondering if you could help, my girlfriends Punto says "wait" on the radio the whole time. I have done some searching around and it seems to be the way that you have to leave it switched on until it un-locks? can you confirm if this is correct? Also I presume after it has un-locked I will need a code?

You need to leave the radio and ignition switched on for 2 hours. The display should then show " CODE " then " ---- ". Then you should be able to enter the code.
