He had some sort of paperwork as he wasn't sure if he missed it off the order or if it was their issue , turns out it was them.
I also had the order form which had them listed :-

Interesting. I can't find my build sheet. My dealer said they have all come as supplied by Fiat so to contact them so I've dropped them an email. There's a 2022 brochure online with the pre touchscreen model showing them as standard on the Cross model

I have attached the build order I got as a mail from my dealer . I changed the colour to white with black roof but all other options were kept the same
