shouldn't that read pedestrian hits motorcycle.
Some interesting comments on the video, some blaming rider, some pedestrian, and some both of them. Not sure where I sit TBH, he should have seen her, but equally he could easily claim he expected her to stop and look.
Both are at fault, she should have stopped and looked, but he should've seen her as a potential hazard long before they collided.

I'd disagree - if it were they why are limits outside schools 20mph? should be 10 or 5mph surely?
I'd mostly blame the rider. You could see the pedestrian a mile off! As far as she was concerned she's crossing stationary traffic.
Also, bleedin' say sorry when you hit someone! 'I was only doing 20'. Arse!
He got off lucky. She looked a tough old bird who could rip his arms off if she wanted!
20 is far too fast for the biker to be filtering through a narrow gap, not normal riding.

It wan't that narrow though lets face it. Narrow is when he's risking clipping door mirrors etc.
Would you drive as close as he is in the video past a parked car? I know I wouldn't.

Dom, why not pull level when stopping, then move forwards again, might give you that bit of space.
I've tried it and it seems to confuse them even more and they end up just following me.
Can't seem to win with it!

So i come to hit my drive - i come up street - bang hazards on, and stop at an abrupt angle to reverse,
