Technical that 5 Gear jumps out of the gear,

Hello.
I am new to this forum. Have a Fiat Concord/Ducato maxi 2.5TD.1997. Motorhome. The central problem is that 5 Gear jumps out of the gear, and the control of the gear is destroyed. Does anyone know where I can buy it?

Company called eco torque in Bedford rebuild gearboxes. Iv used them personally on a Mazda Rx8. They may be able to help
