No, completely different internally, need to get a new key from Fiat and have it decoded, might get away with a used one and swapping the blade over, but not sure.
TBH not worth it either, the Stilo key is far better and superior to the later Fiat keys IMO.
i've got a 2006 Fiat Doblo which came with 1x 1 button blue remote & 2x non remotes. I decided that I wanted 2 remotes & as i do keys for a living so have key programming equipment i decided to buy a 2nd hand blue remote off Ebay to see if it could be programmed to my car.
I already knew the immob transponder chip in the remote couldn't be reprogrammed but that didn't matter because I was going to use the transponder from 1 of my non remotes.
Anyways, i bought a used remote & a new case. Cut the blade, removed the chip from 1 of my other keys, fitted it in the case along with the remote circuit board from the used Ebay remote.
Obviously the Doblo would start because the transponder was already coded to the immob. As for the remote circuit board, that didn't work. When i went through the programming procedure i just got a message on my computers screen saying something like "failed - remote already coded"
I have upgraded my original 1 button remote case to a flip case i got off the internet. It definitely looks better but the actual quality isn't that great. The Fiat logo scratches fairly easily & when i put it together i had to sand down the underneath of the button as it was too thick so was causing the remote microswitch to be constantly pressed in.
