Technical Stuck in reverse

Hi 2008 Panda 1.2 stuck in reverse. Is this cable problem, bush problem or hydraulic. Thank you.

on top of the gearbox there a lever. can you move it do point straight down

fingers crossed some waters got down in there and frozen

Possibly a cable issue, pop the bonnet and you can see that lever koalar posted a pic of under the brake reservoir near the bottom. Have somebody move the gearstick and that lever should pivot on the pin in the middle, which is what changes the gears. Cable should also be attached to it, I doubt it's come off but it's worth checking.
