I burnt the crap out of mine with the hot spanner...:slayer: not very technical I know but quite satisfying. Million points for identifying the engine on stand in background..

Fitted my arb bushes yesterday only managed to shear one stud as well inners went in perfectly after a quick bath in boiling hot water as did the outers not as much of a gain as I thought but deffinately is an improvement

Ah, never considered the hot water to expand them a bit to get the inners on... and we sheared a bolt too but managed to extract it.

Is there a complete tutorial for removing the supports and inserting the red or yellow tires??
