if you feel you need something to replace it go for gum (not the nicorette crap) it keeps your mouth busy and helps to focus your mind. At least, that worked for me ...

I've been smoking for 36 years now and have tried to give up more times than
I care to remember. The longest I managed to stay off them was about 3 months. Pathetic. 'er indoors also smokes. My problem is that having almost zero will-power, I can't give up anything. In terms of cost. Er, if we smoke 20 each per day, that works out at £300 per month. On the other hand if we get through 30 each per day that equals £450 a month. OUCH. Never confuse
