1.6 Stilo was Silica Red.

JTD is 601 Nero B/B - Plain Black (Non Metallic) and touch up stick came in an Alfa box... :chin:

Colour the missus likes is the Black that looks purple in sunlight which only seems to feature on 51-52 plate cars... not sure what it's called.

My blue seems to be like that as well. When the light catches it, it looks purple. It's quite subtle though and not like a TVR style pearlescent :D

Yes - that's Moire Black, as mentioned by kris lee :) Basically 'dark metallic purple'.

My 2003 Stilo was that colour, and it was one of my favourite features of the car.

Oh this is really interesting!
I've been wondering my car's colour also but so far no one has been interested in things like this :D
My Stilo is also dark blue that looks sometimes purple. But I couldn't find out which of those (if any) it would be. Of course the names could be different in here, but still.

And a tiny OT question to other "purple-owners": has someone been able to catch the purple colour in a picture? I've had many different shades of blue but the purple is still to come... :( Really nice and unique.

Ive been wondering what my red is called. Its the flat bright red, not the met. red. Anyone know if it has a name of if its just 'red'! Is it rumba red?

I personally prefer it over metallic red, i much prefer flat reds.

I used to have a few stilo brochures, both 3 and 5 door ones. I got rid a few years ago though

As someone else said, lift up your bonnet, the colour is on the underside - in italian.
