Technical About Fiat Stilo Original Visteon Radio

Hi, I have a Fiat Stilo and it has an aftermarket 1din radio, I found a Visteon radio (the one with the cd) for a cheap price(about 40 euros ) and I wanted to ask if it would be ok to buy it. Are there any common problems that the original visteon radios show? Also my aftermarket has many problems that dont worth fixing because it is from the time the car was bought as new and also i havent changed the speakers of the car. If I buy the visteon and aftert some time i change the speakers will i have a better sound quality or the visteon isnt good?
