dont really get the chance to goto a scrappy as i work 5-6 days a week and then on my day off i just want to rest hence why i use ebay which usually means delivered to my door....:D

also don't think that will fit, as the pump on the cinq has 2 spades connector!

Craig posted a pump from china, which would fit the cinq nicely, but people are concern about the quality of the pump, but it was around £35.

iirc you can take one from some Fords too, RS2000 I think?

Might be handy, depends what you find.
Indeedy, i have one of them in my turbo, but my old turbo had a coupe 20vt pump. But i think they had the same walbro part number. Loadsa pumps fit as its not the car manufacturer making them, they all get them from specialist companies like Walbro. Going new is best IMO, its a very important part of your car which if fails can cause massive damage, best get new one IMO. For the sake of £80 odd quid why risk a 2nd hand item...?

http://www.fuelsystem.co.uk/index.html - recommend ringing them and just telling what you want and thats its for a cinq, they will get you exactly what you need ;) I've had a couple of pumps off them over the years and they usually come next day..

If you have a pump to hand you can measure then this pdf maybe helpful :)

Cheers.

well a tiny little bit more progress got all the engine mounts together and out of them all only the rear gearbox mount is perfect....probably due to it only being fitted 6 months ago:D the cam belt side rubber mounting is ok to good but the front gearbox mount is totally destroyed so that will have to be replaced:(
now got all the wiring out the engine bay and what little bit is left now tucked out the way....clutch cable is out and one of the captive bolts has snapped and so has the main earth bolt on the passenger side inner wing:bang::bang:
got the fan bracket cleaned down and painted up and refitted now its going into the loft out the way so no damage occurs.
also got the cinq its new badge:D ready for the new engine next step is going to get the axle stands under the front and rip it to pieces as got to get the old bushes out the lower arms and get the poly bushes in place and again all cleaned and painted up:devil:
