are there anymore peeps wanting to come to the meal last thing i want to do is book it then find out more people want places and it might be too late

i will book it middle of next week say erm wednesday so gives us enough time for the stragglers

Why not phone them now, give them current numbers, and ask if they would be able to cater for a few more with late notice?
