Technical Spot lamp help please urgent

On Mk1 punto sporting 1997 R reg how do you take out the spot lamp in the bumper to changed the bulb, I saw a screw at the top of the lamp undone it thinking the lamp would fall forwards but it dont so whats the secret how to do it please cheers

You dont take the light out
you undo the plug on the back of the light

Thats what I thought I would have to do but I cant get to the back of the lamp it seems unless I take the bumper off which I cant really belive so how do I get to the back of the lamp please

plastic cover on back of lamp twists off, get to it from inside wheel arch
