Technical Which punto gt calipers do I have ? Help

I have here what I have been told are Punto GT front calipers but it seems there may be a couple of different types. Can anyone confirm which Model/year this caliper comes from so that I can order a rebuild kit/discs/pads They are going on a Seicento and ebay is no help. It's all stock photos and a bit contradictory and the sellers all want a number plate which I don't have.

Thanks Steve. The evidence was pointing more toward the 97 to 99 model

Yeah, I can now make out the word bendix amidst the surface rust. I will check
