Technical Self Lighting GP Problem

Story is - a few times after i have finished work and walked up to my car - my side lights are on. This is with the car locked and with the keys in my pocket.... i know that i left the lever on sidelights when i got out the car but they were off like usual. But recently they seem to turn on themselves....anyone else have this problem or anyone who can help?

You don't turn the lights to off and then back to park before leaving the car do you

I leave the lights on side lights when i turn the engine off sometimes
