Technical Reverse gear problem

After I changed the clutch set, I noticed some strange behavior. After intense driving, like going uphill full throttle for a few kilometers, I experience resistance when shifting to reverse and especially from reverse to neutral. After normal driving, even after longer drive but not too hard, everything is normal. So, it happen only when I drive hard for prolonged period. Forward gears are ok, I don't notice anything strange. Only reverse is the problem. After the car cools down, maybe after 30min of resting, everything is back to normal.
When I changed clutch, we also changed gear oil. If that helps...

All parts are new, and I cannot understand what is happening.

I don't understand?!

It is the same when engine is running and when it is off. I feel a lot of resistance on the gear stick, when trying to put into reverse and put it to neutral from reverse. Forward gears work ok, only reverse.

Is there still a lot of of resistance coming out of reverse when the engine is switched off
