When reversing, if I accelerate hard, it pops out of the gear.
I have noticed that I can put it into reverse without having to lift the sliding thing on the gearstick up to clear that plastic stop. I can also get it into reverse lifting the thing on the gear stick shaft up.
It's quite off putting when it pops out - more of a very loud 'thunk'!
I can't see there is any adjustment anywhere though - the cables snap on at each end, and there's no adjustment on the levers on the gearbox?
There was a bit of a rattle in reverse before I changed the gearbox oil.
Is this normal?
