Hi all
New car to me is a 2015 panda Cross TA
I have absolutely no motorway performance after driving it home and upon a look a new exhaust is required
The Quikfit experience was terrible and they sent me to the main dealer as "they cannot source a system"
Can i have some help in finding a cat back system please?

We had to have one on our TA Trekking, had a guy in Leeds make one for us cost £400 from memory and fitted it myself, think he may have retired now though. Do a local search online for stainless exhaust systems. None of the exhaust places like KwikFit etc do them as none of the companies making pattern exhaust systems do them so Fiat or custom made are the only options unfortunately.

If you look on AUTODOC it does look like you can buy the sections individually for a reasonable cost. They are in stock too. I have the TA 4x4 and it says compatible with my car. MTS seem to be the brand that do them. I am in need of a new exhaust soon too, so interested to see what your outcome is on this

We bought an MTS system before getting one made that was supposed to fit but the centre pipe was too short and the silencer wouldn't hang right. It seems the system may have been for the previous model even though they reckoned it would fit.

Aha that is good to know before I made that mistake- thanks

Online automotive have been helpful on a couple of occasions. Search on the Panda 2012 thread. You can get these outside Fiat if you search enough. Bespike stainless streel is worth serious thought. No as expensive as I thought. Cheaper than Fiat!
Did you get a stainless custom one made? How much if you don’t mind me asking?

Did you find a solution?

No not in the end as I still dont need it. I was quoted £400 but that was now a few years back. We have a place in Norwich that have been really helpful so its probably the way I will go in the end.

My 2015 Panda Cross 4x4 needed a new exhaust. Fiat quoted ££££££ so Ive just popped down to Keltec in Leeds after giving them a call. They've done a good few of these they said and popped mine on the lift and changed it in less than 45 mins and what a top quality job. £400 stainless and its a real beauty and will last longer than my car. Id highly recommend them. Loads of ground clearance too and fits like a glove. Highly recommended!

Did you take any photos with it fitted?

Ours is a Keltec system, glad to see they are still around as I know they had to relocate to a new workshop not long after we bought ours. Fitted it myself as is was quite straightforward.

Look a very professional job. Does the lower capacity rear box make any appreciable difference? ( note the rhs hanger now on tube rather than box end and the slightly different routing, which gives more ground clearance for the central section.)

The exhaust works fine, cant tell any differance in performance. The lads at Keltec said to give it a while and the exhaust note will change a bit. The exhaust fits great with the new skid plate I got of Amazon. Its built in Romania and its a top job. Much heavier grade steel, very easy to fit also.

Fiat are famous for dipping into the parts bin if components are short and fitting anything to hand to keep production moving. Hence the 16 weeks of a different exhaust system here. Renault were also notorious for this. It makes getting parts, shall we say, interesting. I had the only R12TS in the UK with a tan interior trim it seemed. When I needed a part it took a lot of time and effort to find what was needed. Renault at least back then were really helpful unlike Fiat today.
