Technical Removing windscreen washer pump

I am a new member of the Fiat Forum, so first I like to say Hi to everyone.
I need to remove the windscreen washer pump from the plastic bottle and replace it. I have removed the plastic wing liner to access the pump but I am unable to free it from the plastic bottle. I gather that it should turn about 90 degrees and then pull out from the bottom of the plastic bottle. Unfortunately I am unable to budge the pump. Any suggestions as to how I can free it. I have tried putting warm water into the washer bottle to warm the pump but still unable to free it.

Hi, welcome to the forum, I can't say for sure what the fiat ones are like. But for some reason I do however have a brand new set sat on my desk. here is what they look like.

Afaik they just pull out on a cinquecento but I'm not sure if you have a sei or cinq?

Yes, they turn through 90 degrees then pull out. Not easy to turn one though, especially if it's never been moved - I had to use a tap (as in bathroom) spanner to get the leverage on one.
