can get this done cheap...
my mate dad works at a body shop so i ask him to ask he dad if he would do this for me and how much.....

well i can have bonnet badge and washers removed and smoothed and primerd.....mite as well remove the washers at the same time as the hole bonnet gets sprayed any way......

boot rear wiper and boot lock filled and smoothed and primerd...

and i was thinking side indicator removed as i have seen this on here but dont you need them for m.o.t...

£30 for badge & washers.
£30 for wiper & lock.
£25 for side indicators. if i get them done.
tolal £85 and thats smoothed & primerd.

can i remove indicator or not and will it still pass m.o.t...

I don't think it is a legal requirement to have side-repeaters, so I cannot see it being a problem for the MOT. All they will check is that the legal lights are present and working. What makes me more curious is your plan to remove the washer jets, that will be an MOT failure for sure, unless you've got another more discrete place to put them.

I guess he could buy what Dave bought, those wiper blades that have the washers built in. Imo a brilliant idea as my mk1 washers get knocked really easily and then I end up spraying the car behind me when I require my windows spraying!!

for the washers thay will be fitted just under the windscreen were the black plastick trim is. iv see this done as my mate done it to his corsa and the thing is you cant see them and thay still spray nicely on the screen thats the main thing.................................................................

also will be removing the side indicators cause i phone the m.o.t garage were i get my cars m.o.t and thay said it would be fine....

now i just need to ring some guy called lee i no to see how much to have the bit sprayed back to brome yellow....

The plumbed in wipers are the mutt's. They were standard way back on the Citroen BX - shame most cars still have fixed nozzles.
