I believe you have to remove the two front outer seats to get access to the securing bolts for the middle seat!!!! The pyrotechnic is attached but should have a connector which helps, however disconnect the battery before starting the job and make sure you have the radio code!!!

Would it not fit if you just recline back of seat forward and rest the surfboard diagonally on top of it jamming it between the other 2 seats?? I dont do surf so i dont know how big a surfboard his so forgive me if this solution wont work

Eventually I managed to remove the front center seat.
All my reasoning as before, it ended when I discovered that the bolts are 6 instead of 4.
Anyway with the help of my girlfriend I did not need to drop the connectors of the airbag.
I did the following:
I first dropped the bolts without removing the seat side airbags, I tilted the seat forward first and then back to unscrew the bolts and remove the air conveyors (faendo attention to the airbag connectors). it was all just gave up, I removed the middle seat then tightened the bolts of the side seats.
Now I have the "multipla" with the load floor that I wanted.
I put air flow vents to the attacking side seats with a black plastic strip and inserting between them a thick rubber. The center to cover the bolts of the front seat center I put a mat of the same color of the upholstery.

Mo sta m'a senti !It's easy to remove the center front seat, I've taken mine out several times, all you need to do is take the other two out for access to the bolts, I never bother disconnecting the battery, I don't see what the need for that is.
If you want to take the seat out often it would be worth changing the bolts for captive studs on the seat and you can remove nuts and washers from underneath, or you may be able to just take out the normal passenger seat and get your stuff in like that.
