Technical Rear seats removal

Got a bit of a job coming up next week that requires carrying some gear and need as much space as possible in the panda. Just wondering if it’s an easy job to remove the rear seats and reinstall later on the 169 cars?

Four bolts and it’s done

Four bolts for the seat back
Another five for the base

16mm socket on a ratchet driver is best I find.
I take mine out quite often
A fair bit of waggling required but not too bad

I screw 8 back in to the body and 1 into a captive nut on the seat base so I don't lose them

Split rears are more of a faff and slightly fiddly

But still just a matter of undoing bolts

I generally just take out the seat backs, wehn I need to, it’s more level

The middle bolt at back of seat base hides quite well. Use copper grease on all threads when refitting. It stops water getting down the threads and setting off any light rust in the threads.
