Rear Right window Thread - 06 Punto

Hi all,

My rear right window was playing up so i took off the door to see if i could see what the problem was. The wire/tread is all frayed and is about to break completely.

Am I able to change this myself? If so what part do i need? just the thread?? Also how do i change it?

I have an 06 grande punto and the sticker on the winder/thread says:

M: 51723323
C:+0001.6
OPER: 00003

(I have no idea what these mean or how to change it)

Any info would be a great help as I really dont want to get it fixed by a garage....lack of funds.
