Really worth an induction kit?

Hiya I was just wondering if anybody has bought an induction kit and if it is worth it? I have a punto mk 2 sport and was wondering if anybody else had put one on? If so which make/model would they recommend?

Nope, Small NA engines dont take well to cone type filter induction. Despite what the igures say you will loose torque.

tbh i only one have my self for the sound, most fiats run better with the standard air filter. but like i said if you want a deep grunt low down then get one, but on a small CC makes no difference, unless you had other bits done to your engine.

Cheers for replies. I have just put on a new performance exhaust and was told it would work better with an induction kit, but thought id pop it on here before doing anything!

Maybe with a performance exhaust it might help a little bit, GSR induction kits for 16vs seem to be quite popular with proven gains on hp and tourqe.
