Providing it doesn't overheat, no problem. If you've changed that lot, though, you may as well change the thermostat and water pump.
Make sure the system is bled properly.

had new water pump and new head gasket on it as well lol
And thermostat?
The head gasket probably went for a reason -- did anyone find out why?

couldnt find out why, but when i brought the car the water pump was gone on it and when i fixed that i found out it was the head gasket that gone as well, thank you for all your time to reply, even though iv got a car with hard problems lol
