Technical Punto Evo New Tailgate Required, is 3 door and 5 door the same?

Hello all. My daughters 2010 five door Punto Evo has been nicely modified by a hit and run.
I've seen a Tailgate from a 3 door available with the same paint code, but this has come from a 3 door.
So, are the 3 and 5 doors Tailgates the same, please?

Took a punt, bought a tailgate from a 3 door and it fits the 5 door perfectly.
