Hi everyone,
I got 1.3 multijet euro 4 engine punto. It had injector problem which I believe I fixed by changing injectors (installed 4x rebuild injectors). Everything was fine until I noticed it leaks fuel from 3rd connection of fuel rail pipes where bolt hold the pipe connected. I damaged treads and it was leaking from there. I removed fuel rail to fix the tread ,however, after putting back it does not start but just cranks. Could there be air stuck in fuel rail and injectors?

I will work on it first thing in the morning.
one question : when I remove rubber pipe from injectors, fuel comes from rubber pipe when ignition is on. I look at the diagram and see that rubber pipe is return pipe. is this normal? I am worried that I might have connected something but everything seems connected fine.

also, I have tried to start one of these with the air flow meter off, it wouldnt start, connect that back up and it might go

I found the same last summer..

Tinkering the other day..
expecting it to just crank.. it fired..and ran beautifully

So had to shut it off and fit the meter and
Filter
