Technical Propshaft vibration

[Velociraptor 4x4]

Posted in newbies first but was suggested I should post here, help appreciated...

I've read a but about this but getting a vibration under car at low speed (not always though) and mechanic thinks it may need a new propshaft but perhaps it could be one of the bearings that could be worn?
Any ideas on what to look for most welcome to give mechanic some ideas as he's an independent and not necessarily a fiat specialist. Car has c. 86k miles so perhaps should be expected?

assuming it has uj's check them for wear
if prop in two parts/ then centre bearings often go or the coupling holding them in place does

im talking propshafts in general here of course
