Technical PC053C fault

Hi wonder if somebody could help engine Mil light came on fault is PC053C which I believe is the Pcv heater sensor part number 5802052418 but before I buy one if I can find one for sale !
has anybody come across this issue? Could it be anything else its a 2017 camper with 19k 2.3 130bhp
