Yes, I have also bought a lock from a panda that had remote central locking ,same electrical connector but has six pins

Your missing the motor out of the drivers door

You will fist need find a replacement motor

Assuming the remote locking kit is similar to this one

You can control it directly a without bothering with anything else

Thank you koalar, actually had already wired it in this manner and it works a treat. Now the real test is how do we get the tailgate to work???????????????my kit dose have the extra button and trunk wire,thanks for your time koalar much appreciated.

You could use a remote switch by the driver's seat to open the rear hatch. Wire it in parallel with the external door switch.

Same problem

There's no motor is mechanical lock only

It might get complicated

I fitted an active hatch to a dynamic car and it stopped the central locking from working until I swapped all the latches and handles over


There nothing stopping you fitting a motor and driving it separately if your system has the wires to drive a second motor directly

Got the tailgate working on remote as well ,my remote locking kit had the button on the fob for this,had to buy a tailgate lock from a panda with remote locking and had to wire it using a relay as the central locking unit only pushes out 50ml amps, while I was at it I also fitted a tailgate switch in the drivers door card just under the inner door handle which eluminates when I put the lights on. Then decided to get the parcel shelf lifted when I open tailgate so drilled some holes fitted some clips and cords parcel shelf now lifts up ,ALSO fitted a boot lamp , wires are behind the gray boot carpet for the lamp and needed to connect the wires in the tailgate loom to the new remote motor tailgate lock.
