oil pump flow rate

hi all, im converting my fire engine 1107 spi engine to a dry sump ,( or hoping to ) , its transverse in rear of formula750 single seater ,ive had oil supply problems for ages , even tho its baffled sump ,..does anybody have experience with dry sumping this engine ..thanks dan

Sounds like a great project Dan, and welcome to the FIAT forums!

I can't help you personally, and although this is a bit of a specialist area I don't see why someone else wouldn't have done this at some point

Go for an electric system. You can pre-pressurise the oil system on engine start reducing wear. There is likely to be something made for the 1.4 turbo which may work for your engine.
