O/T How many miles to £10?

yer same as above..I drive like a grandad around town normally (half of the time just cruisin/pervin lol),changin gears quick ..Everynow and then i put my foot down.
Oh i just use normal fuel,i used that petrol cleaner last month when i put £20 in.

Just now i got 113 miles to £10, with fuel at £0.97 a litre. Non-standard Bravo JTD.

The joys od a diesel lol
In the 1.9D polo we only put £5 a time in as it last 2 days durin week doin the school run,.there bak,there bak lol.We get 60-65 mile

Were gona move soon cus it is costin quite a bit ..It WAS walking distance for her

£10 would get me about 90 miles on a long run.

but also £20 would only get me 90 miles also.


The 20vt was such an unpradicatble beast you never quite know wot MPG you'd get.

I'm starting to think something is wrong with mine, 35mpg from a modern diesel is pretty poor regardless of how I drive it.

It's only just clocked 2000 miles so maybe it'll get better with time?? Not sure, may have to speak to the dealer.

my 155 hgt gets 50 -60 miles to a tenner but mines running 170bhp with air filter, exhaust and remap

i think thats roughly what im getting ....
Ill need to put more in tomoz,im on 35 now and it inbetween the 1st white line and empty mark..so i thinkitss its gobna be 60 mile this time...
It varys between 60-75 at the most,depend how often i put foot down..

I tend to get 100 miles to £10 out of my 1.2 combined driving, working out to about 40mpg, but on a long run, I've had as much as 48mpg before....
