Technical Noise when braking only in reverse

Only when reverse there is a load noise goes right through car
Dealer tried to fix with brake deglaze
Any ideas anyone

It's normal although it sounds terrifying hah. Brake hard next time you reverse and it will be gone for a while. Nothing major here...

When was the last time you replaced the brakes and pads on the rear?
