Technical No spark 1.2 16v

1.2 16v mk1 engine and loom wired into a cinq sport just had a fresh head fitted seems to not be sparking now what readings should I be getting -

Coil plugs on cranking ??

Crank sensor 3 pin plug loom side to test to ecu pin for continuity ??

Crank sensor itself is new and giving good ohms

Can the coils themselves be bench tested
