Technical No indicators and flashing clock section

Hi

My indicators are showing as working on the display planner and seem to be going very fast ,but when you check outside the car there are no indicators working.when I try the hazard button still no indicators are working.
Also the small panel hat displays the clock and the trip functions is constantly flashing .
Any ideas please,this is a doblo 1.3 diesel 2006 7 seater

Disconnect the battery and reconnect after a few mins, as with anything that is computer controlled a reboot often solves any issues.
