You did check the stud pitch didn't you as the Fiat isn't a standard size, I'm led to believe, i could be wrong though think it's 98mm

All the 500 wheels are interchangeable in pitch terms (and those are 500 wheels). I think it may have only been the GM collaboration cars (Grande, Croma, 159?) that had the subtly different 100mm PCD.
