Paul, of course there are site that don't require the 3 digit number. You can't deny that this is a silly thing to do... You argumentative ****!

I have not come across a site for years that doesn't require the number! I expect credit card issuers require it as part of the confirmation of who you are...hence it's not that silly, bit careless but not stupid.
