Technical New annoying habit

[1st fiat bravo]

My bravo has developed a new annoying habit. And its driving me nuts. So let's see if anyone elses does this or if anyone knows what it maybe.
While driving either with radio on or off. There is a noise that sounds like a engaged tone on a phone. It's loud enough to be heard when radio is on. And when the radio is off its still there. Any ideas?

Hi. Yeah it does. But I've never used it. Can't even connect the phone to it as English language is unavailable apparently lol

I reckon it could be that making the noise, I know you said its not connected but it always stays on when the radio is off and a little while after the car is turned off. Not sure have you could fix it though.

In all honesty it actually sounds like it's coming from behind the centre console.

Yes. It's the dual zone one.

I think this could be your issue, but would need confirming as I don't have climate control, try searching it up, I think its to do with a small flap breaking but is fairly difficult to access to fix.
