I did a couple of boot sales last summer. We had a clear out of tat from around the house/loft/garage and made over £100. Well worth doing and it's a bit of a laugh as well.
I sell a mixture of things Apple, but non of it is crap. I have a single ford cloverleaf alloy, an electrolux vacuum, various books (diy, travel, maps, etc), old master system games, new Body Shop cosmetics, a new Delonghi heater, a set of 13" ford steelies with tyres, and various car brochures and new ford badges.
I did one once and sold my old leaky power shower for £20 never did one since incase he found me again

I am even though it was leaky it still worked and the parts must have been worth more than £20
Another update - i managed to get a few parts from this guy http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4621471961&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWA:IT&rd=1 and he took all the part off for free . I got a good back box, a plastic partition (goes behind the driver), a rear light, a seat belt buckle, and two number plate lights for £20

Update (again) - I have sanded down the rust on the van (wasnt much), and used some white hammerite with a roller and the van looks now. I fitted the rear light that i got from the scrappy, and gave the van a badly needed wash (before doing the rust). I have bought a genuine fiat cam belt off ebay for £10 inc p&p, and plan on doing that in a couple of weeks time (after i get the handbrake working). I will put pictures up later

I will put pictures up later here are some pictures of the door, and i have taken the parcel carrier off the roof as i thought it might be badly rusted, but i was amazed to find absolutely NO rust . You can also see the problem i have with the indicator/headlamp
also the interior is in MINT condition (apart from someone cutting the door trim, for some speakers)
