Tuning need some help

hi could any one help me, i am lookin 2 tune my 1.9 jtd dynamic stilo and really dont no wat to do, can anyone gimme some pointers??

hmmm if you've no idea what to do - i'd advise you do not
but a remap may be a 'safe' bet for some 20/30 bhp (depending on which jtd you’ve got) - use search

what about induction kits do u no how much bhp they add??
