I'm sure you lengthen the runners on the intake for more torque.

Make a nice inlet and plenum if your chopping it up, I made a few bits for john (fingers) but he still hasn't finished it. Have a search for it, it would look nice finished.

perhaps thats why i was told to get a stilo one.. slightly older but i'm not sure tbh. I know the stilo 1.4 16v one is bolt on replacement though..

i don't think so.. but i'm no specialist on this - i just got what someone on here who's advice i trust to get a stilo 1.4 one. I bought one new from fiat myself though.

You can take an engine out quicker than Chuck Norris.

Turbo bolts should come out with the application of a bit of heat. I have a spare Gt15 rebuild kit lying around somewhere I could dig out if you needed it. I think Craig did a turbo rebuild thread somewhere. You can always pay an extra £40 to get it balanced if it concerns you.

Keep up the good work engine bay looks really TIDY.

thankyou as for the turbo i may just use it for mock up as the actuator is run by a vacuum also i may get to work on the bay abit more in a min smooth it out abit how do you get battery tray out ?

i have done my research lol i ground quite a lot of it just not enuf

and yep engine spins freely very nice indeed
