Doblo MultiECUscan in North East UK

hi,
is there anyone in North East of UK, Durham, Tyne and Wear area who has a MultiECUscan?
My 2016 Doblo van which wont regenerate and i think i needs the oil reset and then a forced regeneration, anyone who can help and rough idea of cost please......
