Also, I'm not a moderator or admin here, but they are entitled to moderate the site as they see fit. You certainly moderate your site and you do delete posts, etc. I don't post on it but I do view it as it is quite entertaining.

According to them the've all got banned from this site presumably after what they said in the first thread. It's a shame to ban people when we've (or I've anyway) said that's what they do, but there's no point in them just spouting the same tosh as on their own forum here. They invite people over there to defend themselves but we didn't invite them here to cause trouble. Again it's a shame that they always think they're right, you can only ignore them and claim the moral victory. At the end of the day I firmly believe I'm in the majority by thinking they're a bunch of idiots!
Neither side won really except "Clive" who is the admin from there came here and couldn't do any better than swear! That sort of lets you think he was fustrated. Most of us still think they could find better things to waste their lives doing and they still think we're all chavs, oh well! I will have to go and look for the 13 page long thread then and have a skim.

They moved it into a separate "fight" section for which you seem to have to register. I'm registered from ages back I've read it before and witnessed the editing and banning that they deny.

That might be something to get upset about if it weren't for the fact that there have been many threads on this forum which consisted of many of us taking the **** out of a car that someone has posted a pic of that they found on another site.

Neo, I think the point is the site doesn't exist for that sole reason, it's a bit of fun when we do but we don't make a life out of it. I don't believe there's anything wrong at all with the odd bit of con/destructive criticism but to do it day in, day out? Blimey, even I don't have that much hate in me!

Having read now the 14th and 15th pages of their thread (most of which is drivel) it seems, with regard to the copyright laws, the barryboys are every bit as certain that they are right as you are Paul. Like I think I said before I would have thought it is legal and as they say it is a non-profit site and they have stated the source of the photos.
They also quote bits of legislation as you do and I don't suppose this is the first time someone has questioned the legality of nicking the pictures - so what do you think are they right? The barrymaster claims to have replied to two requests asking for pictures to be taken off, rejecting them.
